		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. Sprint PCS may have the cooler phones, but customer service is like getting kicked in the privates. I would rather chew on razor blades.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the info.  I keep track of my monthly cell use in an excel file because Sprint doesn&#039;t track it for me.  If they tracked it for me I might be inclined to switch to a different plan.

What ever happened to integrity and honesty?  As soon as I can transfer my numbers to another carrier I will because Sprint PCS is not up front.

Sprint is in death spiral if they don&#039;t change their corporate structure.

Has everyone forgotten????  Honesty is the best policy!!!</description>
